Carla Long, CEO of Staffing 4 Tech, received a BA in Mathematics from Spelman College. Recruited in her senior year at Spelman, she began her career as a software engineer working on Nasa’s Space Shuttle program. She transitioned to the Oil and Gas industry as a reservoir software engineer. Then she was convinced to change careers to become a recruiter,  finding software engineering talent for the burgeoning Silicon Valley.

Over the past 15+ years, Carla has honed her craft to include finding talent in various industries both tech and non tech.Some of her previous clients include Google, YouTube, Yahoo, Medtronic, Wikimedia Foundation, FitBit, GoPro, Workday, Zynga, Twilio, Susan Dynga Consulting Services and Duncan Manufacturing just to name a few.
